One of my favorite movies is an independent flick called CHEF. It’s of a guy who lost his passion to create food that creates an impact. In the movie his son travels with him from Miami to Los Angeles in a food truck, stopping at different locations selling artisan Cuban sandwiches.

The chefs son made 1 minute clips of the entire trip & made a slideshow of quick moments. That left me thinking on how we’re now living snapshot lives. Moments are measured in snapchat stories that disappear forever.

Jesus said that the greatest commandment is to love God with our heart, mind, soul, strength & to love our neighbor as we love ourselves. In order to do that we must make more than a selfie impact on people if we’re looking to reach them for the kingdom.

It’s difficult to show Jesus in a #selfie world & takes more than an instant to make an impact in someone’s life. Make sure you take the time to show the love of Jesus to someone today. It’s the most un-selfie thing you can do…
